1. What ReCentered is — and isn't

ReCentered is a private wellness app made by YAMS (Your Awareness Made Simple) for emotional resets, journaling, peer connection, and self-paced healing tools. It is not therapy, medical care, diagnosis, treatment, or an emergency service. Nothing in the app should be relied on as professional advice.

2. Who can use ReCentered

• •You must be at least 18 years old.
• •The Elevated Reset (cannabis wellness) features are restricted to adults 21+ in jurisdictions where cannabis use is legal.
• •You must provide accurate information when you create your account and keep it updated.
• •You are responsible for keeping your password secure.

3. Community conduct

By using the Connect, Reflection Wall, or any other social feature, you agree to the Community Guidelines. Violations may result in warnings, temporary pauses, or permanent removal from the community without refund of any paid features.

4. Peer support, not professional care

Other ReCentered members are peers — not licensed therapists, doctors, or counselors. Conversations and reflections shared on the platform are personal experiences, not professional guidance. Always consult a qualified professional for medical, mental health, legal, or financial decisions.

5. Your content

Anything you create in ReCentered (check-ins, reset notes, posts, profile content) belongs to you. By posting it on a community surface, you grant YAMS a limited license to display it within the app for the purpose of running the features you used. We do not sell or sublicense your content.

6. Affiliate links

Some links in the Healing Shelf, Therapist Directory, and wellness recommendations may earn YAMS a small commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate relationships are disclosed wherever they appear.

7. Account suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or the Community Guidelines, that endanger other members, that abuse the platform technically (scraping, automation, exploits), or that go inactive for an extended period. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

8. Disclaimers and liability

ReCentered is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, YAMS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, decisions you make based on app content, or interactions with other members. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations — in which case the limitations apply only to the extent permitted.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
